National Air Taxi Conference was a 1960's organization of "commuter/air taxi carriers" that was formed to try and gain some political clout in DC. Member carriers pilots and flight attendants were authorized to wear these wings and some did. It also came in a half wing for the flight attendants. The only carrier to have flight attendants in this organization was Avalon Air Transport.
